Supporting The Community!
At Taurus, we believe in building and supporting the Albertan community on both sides of the coin, beyond just our various heavy civil construction projects. One of the community initiatives we have focused our time and funds on is the Fort Saskatchewan Minor Hockey girl’s Atom team Fury.
Taurus is able to help support the team with tournament costs, meals, and has in the past provided the coaching staff with hoodies and jackets. We at Taurus are exceptionally proud of our commitment to the community and are always asking what we can do to help.
This weekend the Fury girls are going down to Calgary for the Female World Hockey Festival. The tournament is held by Olympic gold medalist, Hailey Wickenheiser, who will be joining the players on the ice during the skills camps. There will be a total of 80 teams from across Canada at the event, so this is a big chance to learn new skills and improve their game!

We at Taurus not only work in the community, we are part of the community. We know that without support, some families wouldn’t be able to attend events like this, which is why it is so important to us that we lend a hand!
Have fun girls!
